You need first create a GIF image (.GIF) than you need use a program (Ulead Gif Animator/ Gif Movie Gear).
Yo can use Pothoshop too. (step by step)
1- Make you graphic
2- Decrease color Depth(Menu Image>> Mode >> Indexed color
3- Export file (Menu File>> Export>> GIF89a)
4- Select the which color that you want make transparent
I hate this guys! They stoled my credits from icon graphics. Do you hear me Cal and Leshrac!!!
